Measurement event status register

This is a register that reports measuring status. It is readable by :MESR? query.
After reading, the register is cleared to 0.
In  CLS command, the register is cleared to 0 at the time of power-up.
This register is 8 bit configuration and the description is as follows:
This bit is set to "1" if the measurement result is smaller than the lower limit value
Lout (Bit 7)
when the limit calculation is specified.
This bit is set to "1" if the measurement result is larger than the upper limit value
Hout (Bit 6)
when the limit calculation is specified.
This bit is set to "1" if the measurement result is in a range between the upper and
GO (Bit 5)
lower limit values when the limit calculation is specified.
This bit is not used in this instrument and is normally "0".
(Bit 4)
CAL(Bit 3)
Becomes 1 at the time of calibration completion.
BLC (Bit 2)
Becomes 1 when logging in the bulk mode is completed, and does not become 1
at ABORT.
BLSE (Bit 1)
Becomes 1 when STOP EVENT is detected by logging in the bulk mode.
SDR (Bit 0)
Becomes 1 when measurement is completed.
