3.5.5 SAMPle subsytem
This sets the measurement frequency in combination with TRIGger subsystem.
3.5.5.1
SAMPle:COUNt command/query
This sets and reads the number of data obtained by one time trigger.
Command syntax
:SAMPle:COUNt {<count>|MIN|MAX|DEF}
<count>
<Numerical program data>
1 to 100000
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
In bulk mode, this setting becomes invalid.
If this command is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, none is done and the
execution error occurs.
Query syntax
:SAMPle:COUNt? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <count>
<count> is <NR1 numerical response data> format.
3.5.5.2
SAMPle:TIMer command/query
This sets and reads out the interval time for sampling.
Command syntax
:SAMPle:TIMer {<timer>|MIN|MAX|DEF}
<timer>
<Numerical program data>
0 to 3600
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
Numerical values under resolution are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
If this command is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, none is done and the
execution error occurs.
Query syntax
:SAMPle:TIMer? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <timer>
<timer> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
