3.4.2  IDN? query (Identification Number)
This reads instrument-specific information for this instrument.
Query syntax
 IDN?
Response message<maker_name>,<model_number>,<serial_number>,<software_revision>
The response is configured of four fields separated by commas. The fields are as follows.
<maker_name>
<model_number>
<serial_number>
<software_revision>
Remarks
The response data uses four fields to form the <ARBITRARY ASCII RESPONSE DATA> format.
Therefore, the  IDN? query must be the last query in <PROGRAM MESSAGE>. If this rule is
violated, the query error is given and the response message corresponding to the queries after the
 IDN? query are not created and sent.
3.4.3  RST command (Reset)
 RST command initializes the internal setup to its default values.

If this command is performed during trigger wait status or measurement, the instrument enters the
HOLD mode.
3.4.4  TST? query (Test)
This confirms firmware normality and returns the result.
Query syntax
 TST?
If this query is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, the execution error occurs
and no response is done.
Response message <result>
<result> shows the test results in the <NR1 NUMERIC RESPONSE DATA> format.
Normal case becomes 0.
Abnormal case becomes 1.
