3.5.17 Status register control related command of instrument-specific

3.5.17.1

DDER query

This reads out the instrument-specific error occurrence event status register.
For details of the register, refer to "3.3.7 Instrument-specific error occurrence, event, status register".
Query syntax
:DDER?
The register is cleared to 0 after reading.
Response message <status>
<status> is <NR1 numerical response data> format.
The values from 0 to 255(8 bits) are repeated.

DDEE command/query

This sets and reads out the instrument-specific error occurrence event enable register.
For details of the register, refer to "3.3.8 Instrument-specific error occurrence, event, enable register".
Command syntax
:DDEE <status_mask>
<status_mask>
<Numerical program data>
0 to 255
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
In case 1 was set to the bits (bit 0, 2 and 4) not used for this instrument, it becomes invalid.
However it does not become an execution error.
Query syntax
:DDEE?
Response message <status_mask>
<status_mask> is <NR1 numerical response data> format.
The values from 0 to 255 (8 bits) are repeated.
