[SENSe]:CURRent[:DC]:NULL:VALue command/query

This sets and reads out the null value of DCI measurement.
It is used for the null measurement of DCI measurement.
Command syntax
[:SENSe]:CURRent[:DC]:NULL:VALue {<val_data>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
This allows unit "A".
Query syntax
[:SENSe]:CURRent[:DC]:NULL:VALue? [{MIN|MAX}]
If this command is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, none is done and the
execution error occurs.
Response message <val_data>
<val_data> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
