As calculation results for the statistic calculation (STATISTIC), standard deviation is read out.
Query syntax
:CALCulate[1]:AVERage:SDEViation?
In case effective calculation results are obtained, NAN (9.91E  37) returns.
Response message <val_data>
<val_data> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
Remarks
This query always returns the value of 1σ though one value from the range of 1σ to 6σ can be
selected in the setting of SECONDARY STATISTIC (statistical calculation result) display of the
main unit.
