CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe:OFFSet:VALue command/query

This sets and reads out the offset value in the manual mode of analog meter display.
Command syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe:OFFSet:VALue {<offset_data>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

<range> is the range set value of analog meter display.
This command makes setting after conversion in DIV unit. Therefore, the value is rounded to the
integral multiplication of range set value of the analog meter.
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
The range mode of the analog meter display is set to MANUAL automatically.
Query syntax
:CALCulate2:TRANsform:METEr:RANGe:OFFSet:VALue? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <offset_data>
<offset_data> is <NR3 numeral response data> format.
If range mode is set to other than MANUAL, it becomes execution error and returns 9.91E  37.
