c. <ARBITRARY ASCII RESPONSE DATA>
This data is response data created by this instrument composed of text characters including
ASCII characters not allowed in <CHARACTER RESPONSE DATA> and Numeric value
response data.
If a new query message unit exits between the query returning <ARBITRARY ASCII
RESPONSE DATA> and delimiter, the response is not created for such query and this state
is determined as a query error.
