3.5.2.3 FETCh? query
All measured data in the LOG data is returned from the forefront (the oldest data). Attribute
information of time stamp, etc. is not appended. The LOG data by reading is not changed.
In case measuring status is trigger wait status or being measured, the measured data is returned after
measurement completion.
In case measurement is stopped, the measured data is immediately returned.
This command cannot be used with multi-commands.
Query syntax
:FETCh?
In case when LOG data is empty or the trigger count is set to INF, response message is not
returned, resulting in execution error.
Response message <meas_data>
<meas_data> is "NR3 numerical resoponse data" format, and each measured data is punctuated
by comma (,).
3.5.2.4 READ? query
The measuring status of this instrument is transited from measuring stop status to the trigger wait
status. Measurement with trigger condition fulfilled is thereafter started, and after measurement
completion all measured data in the LOG data is returned from the forefront (the oldest data).
Attribute information of time stamp, etc. is not appended.
The LOG data by reading is not changed.
This command cannot be used with multi-commands.
Query syntax
:READ?
:READ? send becomes the same meaning as FETCh? send after INITiate send.
If the trigger is already wait status or being measured, it becomes execution error without doing
anything.
In case the trigger count is set to INF, response message is not returned, resulting in execution
error.
Response message <meas_data_block>
<meas_data_block> becomes the data that each measured data of "NR3 numerical response
data" format is punctuated by comma (,) and then connected.
