DATA:REMove query
This reads out arbitrary quantity of measured data and erases the measured data read out from LOG
data. The data becomes assigned quantity from the forefront (the oldest data) in LOG data.
It is possible to execute during measurement.
This command cannot be used as multi command.
Query syntax
:DATA:REMove? <data_count>
<data_count>
<Numerical program data>
1 to 100000
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
In case assigned quantity of data does not exist in LOG data, both reading and erasing are not
performed, and it becomes execution error.
Response message <log_data_block>
<log_data_block> is data connected specified quantity by punctuating the character string of
<NR3 numerical response data> format by comma ( , ).
An attribute information is not added.

DATA:LAST query
This reads out 1 data of measured data just before completion. Erasing of the read data is not
performed.
It is possible to execute during measurement.
Query syntax
:DATA:LAST?
In case the measured data does not exist in LOG data, the query returns NAN( 9.91E 37), and it
becomes execution error.
Response message <log_data>
<log_data> is <NR3 numerical response data>format. Attribute information is not added.
