SYSTem:BEEPer:CAUTion:STATe command/query

This sets and reads out ON/OFF of the beep sound rumbling at the time of error data acquisition.
In case measurement is overload or overflow, the range setting makes Upper<Lower cases into the
error status by limit calculation.

This sets and reads out ON/OFF of the auto judgment of power supply frequency.

execution error occurs.
