[SENSe]:TEMPerature:SRATE command/query

This sets and reads out the sampling rate of TEMP measurement.
Command syntax
[:SENSe]:TEMPerature:SRATE {<sample_rate>|MIN|MAX|DEF}

The setting range differs by AutoZero setting of TEMP and the power supply frequency.
For the correspondence to sampling rate, please refer to the correspondence table in the
beginning of SENSe subsystem.
Numerical value beyond limit is set by rounding up maximum value/minimum value, and becomes
execution error.
Numerical number other than the specified value is rounded up in smaller number. It does not
become execution error.
If this command is executed during trigger waiting status or measurement, none is done and the
execution error occurs.
Query syntax
[:SENSe]:TEMPerature:SRATE? [{MIN|MAX}]
Response message <sample_rate>
<sample_rate> is <NR3 numerical response data> format.
Remark
[:SENSe]:TEMPerature:SRATE command/query is effective only for VOAC7602.
It becomes a command error for VOAC7502.
