3.7.7 Measures for sampling rate

The parameters of VOAC752x series to specify the sampling rate are SLOW/MID/FAST.
The relationship between these paramters and this instrument stting is as shown in the table below:

3.7.8 About temperature measurement

VOAC7602 supports not only the thermocouple sensor supported by the VOAC752x but also the
resistance temperature detector. To take measures for them, the parameter of the command to set
the temperature sensor is expanded. The range set command of TEMP is used for the temperature
sensor setting.

Note that when this instrument uses the thermocouple for measurement, it is necessary to set the
cold contact temperature using :TEMP:JUNC command.
And, VOAC7502 does not support temperature measurement.
