9. Replace the collision cell assembly if needed.
IMPORTANT It is critical that you use the correct collision cell, EvoCell, with the TSQ
8000 Evo MS. If you install an EvoCell in a TSQ 8000 (classic) instrument, you must
update the lens driver board.
Note If you do not need to replace quadrupole 1, go to

10. Slide the Q1 quad assembly away from the Q1 entrance lens and endcap.
11. Replace Q1 if necessary.
12. Slide Q1 back into the Q1 entrance lens endcap.
