Replacing Components of the Manifold
Tray Alignment Pins, Magnet Yoke, Manifold O-Ring, and Source Magnets

 To replace the tray alignment pins, magnet yoke, manifold o-ring, or source magnets
on the manifold door
Note For information about replacing the tray alignment pin on the back manifold plate,
see Back Manifold Plate.
1. Shut down your system by following the steps in
System" on page 107. You do not have to remove the ion source cartridge or the column.
If you are using hydrogen as a carrier gas, power off the GC.
2. Use a T20 Torxhead screwdriver to remove the four screws around the manifold door.
