19.1
Overview
The H8/3062F-ZTAT A-mask version has 128 kbytes of on-chip flash memory. The flash memory
is connected to the CPU by a 16-bit data bus. The CPU accesses both byte data and word data in
two states, enabling rapid data transfer.
The on-chip ROM is enabled and disabled by setting the mode pins (MD
table 19.1.
The on-chip flash memory product (H8/3062F-ZTAT A-mask version) can be erased and
programmed on-board, as well as with a special-purpose PROM programmer.
