2) Hold the primary drive gear (2) with the special tool
and remove the primary drive gear bolt.
CAUTION
!
The primary drive gear bolt has left-hand
threads.

3) Remove the primary drive gear.
Installation
Install the primary driven gear in the reverse order of
removal. Pay attention to the following points:
• When installing the primary drive gear (1), align the
teeth "A" of the shaft and groove "B" of the primary
drive gear.

threads.

108.5 lbf-ft)
