5C-3 Clutch:
5) Disconnect the clutch cable (3).

6) Remove the push rod (4).
7) Remove the clutch release arm (5), return spring (6)
and washer (7) if necessary.

8) Remove the push rod cap (8) if necessary.

9) Remove the oil seals (9) if necessary.

Installation
Install the clutch release cylinder in the reverse order of
removal. Pay attention to the following points:
• Apply grease to the each oil seal lip.
CAUTION
!
The removed oil seal must be replaced with a
new one.
: Grease 99000–25010 (SUZUKI SUPER
GREASE A or equivalent)
• Install the clutch release arm.
NOTE
Align the release arm punch mark "A" with
the notch mark "B" on the release camshaft.
