If the D4/D5 Folder Unit (optional) for D-Finisher is installed, the output can be Z-folded.
CAUTION
Waste staples may come out with output paper. Be careful not to get injured by
the staples.
Do not staple punched holes of paper. Sharp points of a staple may cause
injuries.

Select [Copy Output].

Select any option.
Auto
Copies are collated when the originals are loaded in the document feeder.
Copies are also collated when originals are loaded on the document glass and any of the
following features is used: 2 Sided Book Copying, Covers, [Blank Separators & Handouts] or
[Transparency Set & Handouts] of Transparency Options, Booklet Creation, Stapling, Build
Job, Sample Set, and Combine Original Sets.
Collated
The machine outputs sheets sorted into sets that are arranged in page order.
Uncollated
The machine outputs the specified number of copies and sorts sheets by page.
Uncollated with Separators
The machine outputs copies with inserting blank sheets as a separator and sorts sheets by
page.
Separator Tray
When you select [Uncollated with Separators], select the paper tray to be used for the
separators.
Staple
Specify the position for stapling. The C3 Finisher and the C3 Finisher with Booklet Maker are
capable of stapling 2 - 50 sheets of paper (when 80 gsm paper is used). The Finisher D4, the
Booklet Finisher D4, and Finisher D5 are capable of stapling 2 - 100 sheets of paper (when
80 gsm paper is used). Available paper types are: Uncoated, Uncoated Reload, Coated,
Coated Reload, Punched, Recycled, Embossed, Cast Coated, Mat Coated
