Paper Jams at the Handle [1c]

Make sure that the machine has stopped, and
open the Transport Unit V1 front door.

Move the handle [1c] to the right (1), and turn
the knob [1b] to the right (2).

Remove the jammed paper.

Return the handle [1c] to its original position.

Close the Transport Unit V1 front door.

Make sure that the machine has stopped, and
open the Transport Unit V1 front door.
• A remedy differs depending on where the paper jam occurs. Follow the instructions displayed and
remove the jammed paper.
• If paper is torn, check for any torn pieces of
paper inside the machine.
• A message will be displayed and the machine will not operate if the Transport Unit V1 front door is
even slightly open.
