Riempimento circuito frenante

Rimuovere la ruota posteriore
(Sez. G 4).
Rimuovere la pinza della piastra di
supporto e sollevarla più in alto
possibile.
Inserire tra le pastiglie una piastra
avente lo stesso spessore del disco
freno posteriore.

Svitare il tappo (3) con del serbatoio
liquido freno posteriore (B).
Aspirare l'olio all'interno del
serbatoio (A).
Immettere olio nuovo all'interno del
serbatoio (B) fino al raggiungimento
della tacca MAX.
Premere il pedale due o tre volte in
modo tale da permettere al circuito di
andare in pressione.
Mantenere premuto il pedale.
Collegare alla valvola di spurgo (4) un
tubicino trasparente immergendo
l'estremità in un contenitore
appoggiato al pavimento.
Attenzione
Durante l'operazione di
riempimento mantenere sempre il
livello dell'olio al di sopra della tacca
MIN per prevenire la formazione di
bolle d'aria all'interno del circuito.
Far defluire l'olio dallo spurgo (4) fino
alla fuoriuscita di liquido di colore
4
diverso.
Riavvitare lo spurgo (4) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) e ripristinare il
livello corretto dell'olio nel serbatoio.
Rimontare la pinza freno posteriore
sulla piastra di supporto (Sez. G 6).
Rimontare la ruota posteriore
(Sez. G 4).
Filling the rear brake circuit
Remove the rear wheel (Sect. G 4).
Remove the calliper from the
mounting bracket and lift it as high
as possible.
Insert a plate of the same thickness
as the brake disc between the brake
pads.
Unscrew the cap (3) of the rear brake
fluid reservoir (B).
Aspirate the brake fluid from inside
reservoir (A).
Fill the reservoir (B) with new fluid up
to the MAX mark.
Operate the brake pedal two or three
times to pressurize the circuit.
Hold the pedal pressed down.
Attach a length of transparent plastic
tubing to the bleed valve (4) and insert
the other end of the tubing in a
container placed on the floor.
Warning
During the filling phase always
keep the fluid level above the MIN
mark to prevent the formation of air
bubbles in the circuit.
Allow the fluid to flow from the bleed
valve (4) until a different colour liquid
appears.
Tighten the bleed valve (4) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3) and top
up the reservoir fluid level.
Refit the rear brake calliper to the
mounting bracket (Sect. G 6).
Refit the rear wheel (Sect. G 4).
