Allentare le fascette (14) sulle
tubazioni acqua (15) e (30) e sfilarle
dai bocchettoni del radiatore (10).
Allentare la fascetta (B) di
collegamento serbatoio acqua-

radiatore e sfilare la tubazione (C).
Svitare la vite (3) con distanziale (4) di
fissaggio radiatore acqua sul lato
sinistro del telaio.
Sollevare le connessioni del cablaggio
principale (Sez. P 1) dalla
elettroventola.
Rimuovere il radiatore acqua (10) dal
veicolo, sfilandolo dal perno (A), sul
lato superiore destro del telaio, e dal
perno (D) sul lato inferiore sinistro

della testa orizzontale.
A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
la staffa di sostegno inferiore

radiatore (12), svitando la vite (32) e
recuperando la rosetta (33).
Verificare l'integrità dei gommini (5)
di fissaggio radiatore acqua ed
eventualmente sostituirli.

Removal of the radiator

Drain the cooling

Loosen the clamps (14) on the coolant
hoses (15) and (30) disconnect
the hoses from the unions on the
radiator (10).
Loosen the clamp (B) and remove the
expansion tank-radiator hose (C).
Undo the screw (3) with spacer (4)
fixing the radiator to LH-side of frame.
Diconnect the main wiring connectors
(Sect. P 1) from the cooling fan.
Remove the radiator (10) from the
motorcycle by disengaging it form the
pin (A) on the upper RH-side of the
frame, and from the pin (D) on the
lower LH-side of the horizontal
cylinder head.
At this point it is possible to remove
the lower radiator bracket (12),
by undoing the screw (32) and
recovering the washer (33).
Check the condition of rubber radiator
mountings (5) and renew them if
necessary.
