Rimuovere il coperchio
lato alternatore e
l'alternatore completo
Rimuovere il gruppo
avviamento motore
Rimuovere il coperchio
lato frizione
Rimuovere il gruppo
frizione completo
Rimuovere il filtro a rete
Utilizzando un paio di cacciaviti
rimuovere l'anello elastico di
fermo (29) dall'albero rinvio
distribuzione sul semicarter lato
frizione.
Note
Fare attenzione a non rigare
la superficie dell'albero durante
l'operazione di estrazione dell'anello
elastico.
Svitare le viti di unione dei semicarter
sul lato catena.
Svitare le due viti (12), sul lato
frizione, in corrispondenza della sede
del cilindro verticale.
Riutilizzare il coperchio alternatore,
o un coperchio di servizio, con
l'estrattore 88713.1749 montato.
Fissarlo con alcune viti originali al
semicarter e azionando il perno
centrale dell'attrezzo iniziare la
separazione.
Battere con martello in plastica,
sull'albero secondario del cambio fino
ad ottenere la separazione dei
semicarter.
Note
Fare molta attenzione alle
rondelle di rasamento che si trovano
sugli alberi e sul tamburo selettore.

barrel/piston assemblies

Remove the alternator
cover and alternator
assembly

crankcase cover

Remove the clutch
assembly

Remove the gauze filter
Use two screwdrivers to prise the
circlip (29) from the timing belt
driveshaft on the clutch side
crankcase half.
Notes
Take care to avoid scoring the
surface of the shaft while removing
the circlip.
Unscrew the crankcase screws
working from the chain side.
Unscrew the two screws (12) on the
clutch side near the vertical cylinder.
Re-use the alternator cover or a
service cover using puller
88713.1749. Secure it to the casing
using some of the original screws and
begin separating the crankcase
halves by turning the central pin of
the tool.
Tap the end of the gearbox output
shaft with a plastic mallet to separate
the crankcase halves.
Notes
Do not damage or lose the
shims on the shafts and on the
selector drum.
