Scomposizione albero primario
Rimuovere dall'albero primario la
rosetta di rasamento (11) lato catena
e la rosetta di rasamento (1) lato
frizione.

Sfilare l'ingranaggio conduttore
seconda velocità (10). Con l'ausilio
di due cacciaviti sfilare l'anello
elastico (7) e la rosetta scanalata (6).
Importante
Durante l'estrazione dell'anello
elastico (7) fare attenzione a non
danneggiare la superficie dell'albero.
Sfilare l'ingranaggio conduttore
sesta velocità (9) con relativa gabbia
a rulli (4). Sfilare poi la rosetta
scanalata (6) e l'anello elastico (7).

Sfilare l'ingranaggio conduttore terza
e quarta velocità (8).

Disassembly of the primary
shaft
Remove chain-side shim (11) and
clutch-side shim (1) from the primary
shaft.
Withdraw the second speed driving
gear (10). Use two screwdrivers
to prise out the circlip (7) and the
splined washer (6).
Important
Take care to avoid damaging
the surface of the shaft while
removing circlip (7).
Withdraw the sixth speed driving
gear (9) with its roller cage (4).
Withdraw the splined washer (6)
and the circlip (7).
Withdraw the third and fourth speed
driving gear (8).
