Rimontaggio frizione

Assemblare la campana frizione
all'ingranaggio della primaria.
Applicare frenafiletti sul filetto delle
otto viti (11) di fissaggio ed impuntarle
sull'ingranaggio.

campana devono essere nuove.

Bloccare le viti (11) di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta, operando a croce
(Sez. C 3).
Inserire sull'albero primario
il distanziale (16), con guarnizione
OR (15) opportunamente lubrificato.
Il lato con OR va rivolto verso il
motore.
Montare il tamburo frizione (10),
completo di parastrappi, sull'albero
primario.
Inserire i seguenti particolari
sull'estremità dell'albero primario:
- la rosetta di appoggio (9);
- la guarnizione OR (21);

- la bussola (20) con perno di
- la rondella di sicurezza (5) e il

utilizzando l'attrezzo 88713.2133 e
serrare il dado di fissaggio alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Importante
Le viti di fissaggio della
centraggio (19) sul mozzo
parastrappi;

Reassembly of the clutch
Assemble the clutch drum to the
primary drive gear.
Apply threadlocker to the threads of
the eight retaining screws (11) and
insert them into the gear.
Important
Use new screws.
Tighten the screws (11) to the
specified torque working in a
crosswise pattern (Sect. C 3).
Fit the spacer (16) to the primary shaft
along with the lubricated O-ring (15).
The O-ring side should face the
engine.
Fit the clutch centre (10) complete
with the cush drive rubbers onto the
primary shaft.
Fit the following parts onto the end of
the primary shaft:
- thrust washer (9);
- O-ring (21);
- bush (20) with pin (19) in the cush
drive hub;
- safety washer (5) and nut (18).
Restrain the clutch centre with the
service tool 88713.2133, grease the
retaining nut and tighten it to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
