I semicarter devono risultare integri e

perfettamente puliti. Le superfici di
accoppiamento devono risultare
perfettamente piane ed esenti da
bave.
Rimontaggio semicarter lato
frizione
Sul lato interno del semicarter devono

essere presenti:
Il cuscinetto (23) di estremità
dell'albero secondario.
Il cuscinetto (28) di supporto
dell'albero primario, fissato con viti (20)
e distanziali di ritegno (21).

Il cuscinetto di banco (18) con relativa
bussola (17).

Il cuscinetto a rulli (15) con seeger (16)
di arresto, in corrispondenza
dell'albero rinvio distribuzione.

Reassembly of the
crankcase halves
The crankcase halves must be
in perfect condition and clean.
The mating surfaces must be
perfectly flat and free from burrs.
Refitting the clutch side
crankcase half
The following items must be present
on the internal side of the crankcase
half:
the output shaft end bearing (23);
the primary shaft bearing (28),
secured with screws (20) and
retaining spacers (21);
the main bearing (18) complete with
bush (17);
the roller bearing (15) with retaining
circlip (16) installed in correspondence
with the end of the timing belt
driveshaft.
