Ispezione radiatore acqua
Eseguire un'ispezione visiva del
radiatore. In caso risulti danneggiato o
siano presenti perdite è necessario
procedere alla sostituzione del
componente.
Verificare inoltre che sulla massa
radiante non vi siano ostruzioni al
flusso d'aria, foglie, insetti, fango,

ecc.

Temperature eccesive del
liquido di raffreddamento possono
essere causate da una parziale
ostruzione della massa radiante del
radiatore.
Verificare accuratamente le
condizioni della massa radiante.

Il radiatore è dotato ai lati di due
protezioni che hanno il compito di
proteggere il radiatore da urti.
Per rimuovere le protezioni (1)
occorre svitare le viti (2).
Nel rimontaggio applicare sulle viti (2)
frenafiletti prescritto.
Smontaggio
elettroventola
Svitare le tre viti (8) di fissaggio
elettroventola e rimuovere
l'elettroventola (11) dal radiatore.
Eseguire la stessa operazione per la
seconda elettroventola (9).
Nel rimontaggio occorre fare
attenzione che le viti (31) siano
correttamente posizionate e che
siano in perfette condizioni.
Serrare le viti (8) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Radiator inspection
Make a visual inspection of the
radiator. If it shows signs of damage
or leaks, the entire radiator must be
renewed.
Check also that the air flow through
the radiator core is not obstructed by
leaves, insects, mud, etc.
Important
An excessively high coolant
temperature may be caused by partial
obstruction of the radiator core.
Carefully check the condition of the
radiator core.
The two sides of the radiator are
protected against knocks by guards.
To remove the guards (1) undo the
screws (2).
On refitting, apply the recommended
threadlocker to the screws (2).
Removal of the cooling
fan
Unscrew the three fan retaining
screws (8) and remove fan (11) from
radiator.
Repeat the operation for the other
fan (9).
On refitting, make sure that the
screws (31) are in perfect condition
and correctly positioned.
Tighten the screws (8) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
