Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il

gambo e la filettatura della vite (16)
e il sottotesta del dado (7).
Inserire il bilanciere completo (4) tra i
4
supporti del telaio.
Inserire la rosetta (15) e spingere la
7 vite (16) fino in battuta sul telaio.
Inserire sul lato opposto il dado (7).
Bloccare il dado (7) e serrare la
vite (16) alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ingrassare filetto e sottotesta delle

viti (1) e (14), di fissaggio superiore
ammortizzatore e tirante, ed
impuntarle nel bilanciere.
Disporre l'ammortizzatore (19) con il
serbatoio di compensazione in alto,
sul lato sinistro del telaio.
Inserire lo snodo superiore
dell'ammortizzatore in corrispondenza

del foro posteriore del bilanciere.
Bloccare la vite (14) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Installare le boccole (8) sugli snodi del
tirante.
Inserire l'estremità superiore
del tirante nel bilanciere e bloccare
la vite (1) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Installare l'estremità inferiore
dell'ammortizzatore (19) e del
tirante (11) nel forcellone.
Refitting the rear
suspension
Lubricate the shank and thread of
the bolt (16) and the underside of
the head of the nut (7) with the
recommended grease.
Insert the rocker arm assembly (4)
between the frame supports, as
shown in the figure.
Insert the washer (15) and push in
the bolt (16) until it seats against the
frame.
Fit the nut (7) on the opposite side.
Restrain the nut (7) and tighten the
bolt (16) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Apply grease to the thread and under
the head of the bolts (1) and (14) that
secure the upper part of the shock
absorber to the tie-rod and insert
them in the rocker arm.
Locate the shock absorber (19)
with the compensation reservoir
uppermost, on the LH side of the
frame.
Insert the upper ball joint of the shock
absorber, aligning it with the rear hole
in the rocker arm.
Tighten screw (14) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Install the collars (8) on both the ball
joints end fittings.
Insert the upper end of the tie-rod in
the rocker arm and tighten the bolt (1)
to its specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Install the lower end of shock
absorber (19) and tie-rod (11) in
the swingarm.
