Rimontaggio cinghie
distribuzione
Ruotare le pulegge sull'albero rinvio
distribuzione fino al punto da far
corrispondere il riferimento della
puleggia esterna con il segno sul
coperchio frizione.
in questo modo il pistone del cilindro
orizzontale risulterà al PMS.
Installare nella sede del coperchio
alternatore l'attrezzo cod. 88713.2011
per fermare la rotazione dell'albero
motore e bloccarlo con l'apposito
perno.
Montare l'attrezzo cod. 88713.1791
per mantenere bloccati gli alberi
distribuzione.
Bloccare l'attrezzo sul coperchio testa
con il perno (C).
Importante
Per permettere una fasatura
corretta, le viti (22) di fissaggio delle
pulegge ai mozzi devono risultare
lente e al centro dell'asola.
Montare la cinghia del gruppo termico
verticale facendola aderire alle
pulegge della testa e passandola
dietro al tendicinghia fisso.
Eseguire la stessa operazione con la
cinghia del gruppo orizzontale.
Note
Nel caso del rimontaggio di
cinghie usate, posizionarle
mantenendo il senso di rotazione e
il cilindro di appartenenza originali.

Refitting the timing belts
Turn the pulleys on the timing belt
driveshaft until the timing mark on the
outer roller is aligned with the mark
on the clutch cover.
This will bring the horizontal cylinder
piston to TDC.
Install the service tool 88713.2011 in
the alternator cover to hold the
crankshaft against rotation and
secure it the relative pin.
Fit the service tool 88713.1791 to
prevent rotation of the camshafts.
Secure the tool to the rocker cover
with the pin (C).
Important
To ensure correct timing, the
screws (22) securing the pulleys to the
hubs must be loose and positioned in
the centres of their slots.
Fit the vertical cylinder timing belt
around the camshaft pulleys and
pass it behind the idler pulley.
Repeat the operation for the horizontal
cylinder belt.
Note
If the used belts are to be
refitted, position them in their original
direction of rotation and on their
original cylinder.
