Rimontaggio gruppo
imbiellaggio
Inserire l'imbiellaggio completo (7)
e (2) all'interno del semicarter
ed eseguire la procedura di
spessorazione e chiusura semicarter
come descritto alla Sezione N 9.2.
Importante
Accertarsi che le bielle (2)
siano correttamente posizionate

nelle rispettive sedi dei cilindri.
Un posizionamento errato porterebbe
inevitabilmente alla riapertura dei
semicarter.
Operazioni
Rimontare il coperchio
lato frizione
Rimontare il gruppo
frizione completo
Rimontare il gruppo
avviamento motore
Rimontare il coperchio
lato alternatore e
l'alternatore completo
Rimontare il gruppo
cilindro/pistoni completo
Rimontare il gruppo teste
completo e gli organi
distribuzione
Rimontare l'impianto di
raffreddamento
Rimontare l'impianto di
lubrificazione
Installare il motore nel
telaio
Refitting the connecting
rods
Install the connecting rod assembly (7)
and (2) in the crankcase, carry out the
shimming and crankcase reassembly
procedure as described in
Section N 9.2.
Important
Make sure that the connecting
rods (2) are correctly positioned in the
respective cylinder seats. Incorrect
positioning of the connecting rods at
this stage will inevitably lead to the
need to re-open the crankcase.
