Sostituzione olio motore
e cartuccia filtro
eseguita a motore caldo in quanto
l'olio in queste condizioni risulta più
fluido e la sua evacuazione è più
rapida e completa.

Rimuovere il tappo di scarico (1) con
guarnizione (A) dalla coppa motore e
scaricare l'olio usato.

Controllare che non vi siano particelle
metalliche attaccate alla estremità
magnetica del tappo di scarico e

riavvitarlo nella coppa con la relativa
guarnizione (A).
Serrare alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

coppa, utilizzando una chiave comune
per filtri olio.

Montare una cartuccia nuova (8),
avendo cura di lubrificare con olio
motore la guarnizione.
Avvitarla nella sua sede e bloccarla
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).

consigliabile pulire il filtro aspirazione

Svitare le quattro viti (4) del tappo
esterno (3) ed il relativo tappo.

Fare attenzione alla guarnizione (5).

Sfilare l'elemento filtrante (7) e
controllare le guarnizioni OR (6) ed
eventualmente sostituirle.
Procedere alla sua pulizia con aria
compressa e benzina facendo
attenzione a non lacerare la reticella.
Rimontare il filtro a rete (7), relativa
guarnizione (5) e anello OR (6) sul
tappo (3).

Rimuovere il tappo di carico (2) ed
effettuare il rifornimento con olio del
tipo prescritto (Sez. C 2) fino a
raggiungere il livello MAX indicato
nell'oblò.

Changing the engine oil
and filter cartridge
Notes
Change the oil when the engine
is hot (but with the engine stopped).
In these conditions the oil is more
fluid and will drain more rapidly and
completely.
Remove the drain plug (1) with
seal (A) from the oil sump and
allow the oil to drain off.
Warning
Dispose of used oil and/or
filter cartridges in compliance with
environmental protection regulations.
Remove any metallic deposits from
the end of the magnetic drain plug.
Refit the drain plug complete with
seal (A) to the sump.
Tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Remove the filter cartridge (8) from
the sump using a standard filter
wrench.
Important
Dispose of the used cartridge,
do not attempt to reutilise it.
Grease the seal with engine oil and
then fit the new cartridge (8).
Screw the cartridge into place and
tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Notes
It is advisable to fill the
cartridge filter (8) with engine oil
before assembly, so as to reach the
recommended oil level without
topping up.
Every two oil changes, clean the oil
intake mesh filter.
Undo the four screws (4) securing the
outer cap (3) and plug. Take care not
to damage the seal (5).
Take out the filter cartridge (7),
check the O-rings (6) and replace if
necessary.
Clean the filter with petrol and
compressed air. Take care not to
damage the gauze.
Refit mesh filter (7), gasket (5) and
O-ring (6) to the cap (3).
Remove the filler plug (2) and fill with
oil of the recommended type
(Sect. C 2) up to the MAX level mark
on the sight glass.
