Smontaggio immobilizer
Portare l'interruttore a chiave in
posizione OFF.
Scollegare dalla parte inferiore del
blocco chiave il connettore antenna (5)
Immobilizer ed il connettore blocco
chiave (4).
stessi indicati nelle tavole riportate al
capitolo "Disposizione dei cablaggi
sul motociclo" della Sezione P 1.
Rimuovere le fascette di fissaggio
cablaggio antenna Immobilizer.
Svitare i due dadi (1) di fissaggio
protezione antenna Immobilizer.
Rimuovere il coperchio (2) e sfilare
l'antenna Immobilizer (3)
dall'interruttore a chiave.
Rimuovere le viti speciali (6).

Rimuovere dal telaio l'interruttore a
chiave (9) completo di piastrino (8).
Smontare il piastrino (8)

dall'interruttore a chiave (9).
Rimontaggio immobilizer
Inserire il cavo dell'antenna
immobilizer (3) nel piastrino (8).
Montare il piastrino sull'interruttore a
B
chiave (9), facendo passare il cavo
dell'antenna nell'apposita cava (A) del
piastrino stesso.

Applicare frenafiletti sulle due viti
speciali (6).
Montare l'interruttore a chiave (con
8
piastrino e antenna) sul telaio (7),
impuntando le due viti speciali (6).
Portare le viti a battuta e serrarle alla
A
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3) fino a
rompere la testa (B) delle viti stesse.
Applicare una goccia di Loctite
all'interno del coperchio (2) nei punti
indicati in figura (D).
Installare con cura l'antenna (3)
all'interno del coperchio (2),
bloccandola con i due dentini (C) del
coperchio stesso.
Montare il coperchio sull'interruttore
a chiave, accompagnando il cavo
dell'antenna verso il basso.

Bloccare il coperchio impuntando i
LOCK
due dadi ciechi (1).
Serrare i dadi alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Removal of the immobiliser
Set the ignition switch to OFF.
Disconnect the immobilizer antenna
connector (5) and the ignition switch
connector (4) from the bottom of the
lock.
Notes
References (4) and (5) are
the same as those indicated in the
diagrams in the chapter "Routing of
the wiring on the motorcycle" in
Section P 1.
Remove the ties securing the
Immobiliser antenna wiring.
Undo the two nuts (1) securing the
Immobiliser antenna cover.
Withdraw the cover (2) with the
antenna (3) from the ignition switch;
Remove the special screws (6).
Remove the ignition switch (9)
complete with the plate (8) from the
frame.
Remove the plate (8) from the ignition
switch (9).
Refitting the immobiliser
Insert the wire of the immobilizer
antenna (3) in the plate (8).
Fit the plate to the ignition switch (9),
routing the antenna wire through the
slot (A) in the plate.
Apply the recommended threadlocker
to the two special screws (6).
Fit the ignition switch (with the plate
and antenna) to the frame (7) and
insert the two special screws (6).
Screw in the two screws fully and
then tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3) until the heads (B) dof the
screws shear off.
Apply a drop of threadlocker inside
the cover (2) at the points indicated in
the figure (D).
Carefully install the antenna (3) inside
the cover (2) and secure it with the
two lugs (C) on the cover itself.
Fit the cover to the ignition switch,
leading the antenna cable
downwards.
Secure the cover with the two cap
nuts (1).
Tighten the nuts to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
