Sostituzione flangia
serbatoio

Svitare le sei viti (27) di fissaggio
flangia del serbatoio. Rimuoverne tre e
lasciare le altre tre in posizione a croce,
per aiutarsi a sollevare la flangia.
Sfilare la flangia (28) dal serbatoio.
Recuperare l'anello OR (A).
Sganciare con apposito attrezzo
27
commerciale le fascette (B) in
corrispondenza del filtro benzina (C).
Sfilare il filtro dalle tubazioni di
collegamento e sostituirlo.

Prima del rimontaggio pulire
accuratamente tutti gli elementi da
eventuali depositi o incrostazioni.

disporlo con la freccia, stampigliata
sul contenitore esterno, rivolta verso
la flangia.
E
ricambi completa di pompa e
regolatore di pressione: in caso di
malfunzionamento di questi
componenti è necessario sostituire la
flangia completa.
Rimontaggio flangia
serbatoio
Introdurre la flangia con l'anello OR
opportunamente ingrassato e
procedere al rimontaggio eseguendo
le stesse operazioni dello smontaggio
nell'ordine inverso.

Quando si installa il filtro nuovo

Renewal of the fuel tank
flange
Unscrew the six screws (27) securing
the fuel tank flange. Remove three of
the screwss, leaving three in position
in order to help lift the flange.
Remove the flange (28) from the
fuel tank.
Recover the O-ring (A).
Using the appropriate tool, undo the
clips (B) next to the fuel filter (C).
Remove the old filter from the
connecting hoses and fit a new filter.
Before reassembly, carefully remove
any deposits or scale from all parts.
Important
When installing the new filter,
position it with the arrow punched on
the external housing pointing towards
the flange.
Notes
The flange is supplied as a
spare part complete with the fuel
pump and pressure regulator: in the
event of any malfunction of these
components
it will be necessary to renew the
complete flange assembly.
Refitting the fuel tank
flange
Grease the O-ring and locate the
flange and refit by revering the steps
of the removal procedure.
