Smontaggio comando
acceleratore
A
Allentare i controdadi (A) e il
registro (10) fino a sfilarlo dal
bilancere comando acceleratore (B)
sul corpo farfallato.
Ruotare il bilancere comando
acceleratore (B) in modo da
disimpegnare il perno (C) di fermo
cavo sul bilancere.
Allentare e rimuovere le viti (4) e il
coperchio (13) e scollegare il cavo
acceleratore dal comando
acceleratore, sfilando il perno (D)
di fermo cavo sulla carrucola e
allentando il registro (8) fino a
rimuoverlo.
Rimuovere il cavo (6) comando
acceleratore dal veicolo.
Svitare la vite (9) e rimuovere il
contrappeso (2), la bussola (7) e la
boccola (15).
Allentare le due viti (3) di fissaggio
comando acceleratore al manubrio.
Rimuovere il comando acceleratore (5)
dal manubrio.
Rimontaggio comando
acceleratore

comando acceleratore seguire in
ordine inverso le procedure descritte

per lo smontaggio.
Applicare grasso prescritto sul cavo
comando acceleratore (6).
Serrare le viti (3), (4) e (9) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Removal of the throttle
cable
Slacken lock nuts (A) and turn out
adjuster (10) until it slides off throttle
control pulley (B) on the throttle body.
Rotate throttle control pulley (B) until
cable nipple (C) is released from the
pulley.
Remove screws (4) and cover (13)
and disconnect the throttle cable
from the twistgrip, freeing the cable
end (D) from the race and fully
unscrewing the adjuster (8).
Remove the throttle cable (6) from
the motorcycle.
Undo screw (9) and remove
counterweight (2) and bushes (7)
and (15).
Loosen the two screws (3) fixing
throttle twistgrip to handlebar.
Remove the throttle twistgrip (5)
from the handlebar.
Refitting the throttle
twistgrip
To refit the throttle twistgrip
components, reverse the steps of
the removal procedure.
Apply the recommended grease to
the throttle cable (6).
Tighten screws (3), (4) and (9) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
