Rimuovere la testa
completa dal motore
Rimuovere le pulegge
distribuzione

Rimuovere gli alberi
distribuzione

Sollevare il bilancere (3) e rimuovere il
registro di apertura (5) dalle valvole
utilizzando una pinza (A).
Utilizzare gli attrezzi cod. 88713.2068
per spostare verso il basso i bilanceri
di chiusura (4) e (16) e bloccarli in
questa posizione come mostrato in
5
figura.
Spingere il registro di chiusura (7)
verso il basso.
Rimuovere i semianelli (6) sulle
valvole usando un cacciavite
calamitato. Sfilare i registri di
chiusura (7) dalla valvola, utilizzando
la pinza (A).
Sfilare le valvole (14) e (11) dal lato
inferiore della testa.
Eseguire le stesse operazioni per
l'altra testa.

Removal of the valves

head assembly from the
engine

Remove the timing belt
pulleys

Remove the camshafts
Raise the rocker arm (3) and remove
the opening shim (5) from the valves
with a pair of pliers (A).
Use service tool 88713.2068 to push
the closing rocker arms (4) and (16)
downwards and hold them in this
position as shown in the figure.
Push the closing shim (7)
downwards.
Remove the half rings (6) from the
valves with a magnetised screwdriver.
Extract the closing shims (7) from the
valve using a pair of pliers (A).
Withdraw the valves (14) and (11)
from underside of the cylinder head.
Repeat the same procedure for the
other cylinder head.
