Allentare il dado (8), rimuovere la
rosetta (29) e l'eccentrico (7)
completo di tenditore mobile (27)
dal perno (12) sulla testa.
Rimuovere la cinghia distribuzione (14)
dal gruppo termico orizzontale.
Importante
Nel caso le cinghie vengano
riutilizzate, segnare con una freccia il
senso di rotazione e il gruppo termico
di appartenenza.
Eseguire le stesse operazioni per il
gruppo termico verticale.
Scomposizione tenditore
mobile

Rimuovere l'anello seeger (2).
Sfilare l'eccentrico (7) dalla bussola (9).
Rimuovere l'anello seeger (10) e sfilare
il cuscinetto (11) dalla bussola (9).
Ricomposizione tenditore
mobile
Assemblare i componenti nell'ordine
inverso in cui sono stati scomposti.

Removal of the tensioner
pulley/timing belt
Loosen the nut (8) and remove
the washer (29) and eccentric (7)
complete with the tensioner
pulley (27) from the shaft (12) on
the cylinder head.
Remove the timing belt (14) from the
horizontal cylinder assembly.
Important
If the belts are to be re-used,
mark the direction of rotation with an
arrow and also mark the cylinder they
belong to.
Repeat the procedure for the vertical
cylinder assembly.
Disassembly of the tensioner
pulley
Remove the circlip (2).
Withdraw the eccentric (7) from the
bush (9).
Remove the circlip (10) from the ring
nut and withdraw the bearing (11)
from the bush (9).
Reassembly of the tensioner
pulley
Assemble the components reversing
the order of disassembly.
