Svitare le tre viti (25) di fissaggio
statore e le due viti (32) di fissaggio
staffa passacavo (31) all'interno del

coperchio alternatore.
Rimuovere lo statore (33) e la staffa
passacavo (31).

Internamente al coperchio
alternatore, in corrispondenza
dell'albero motore, è montato un
cuscinetto (27) fissato da un anello
Seeger (28).
Rimuovere l'anello Seeger (28)
utilizzando un'apposita pinza.
Utilizzando un estrattore universale,
rimuovere il cuscinetto (27).
Fare attenzione nel rimontaggio del
cuscinetto (27) nuovo, a disporlo con
il lato schermato opposto al
coperchio.
Bloccare poi il cuscinetto con il
seeger (28), verificando che risulti
correttamente inserito nella sede del
Schermatura
Shielding
coperchio alternatore (29).

Svitare i bocchettoni (2) di mandata
acqua al cilindro orizzontale e
verticale.
Nel montaggio dei componenti nuovi,
applicare bloccante prescritto e serrarli
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
In corrispondenza dell'alberino leva
cambio è installato sul coperchio un
anello di tenuta (4) che può essere

danneggiato nella rimozione del
coperchio alternatore.
Verificare sempre le condizioni
dell'anello di tenuta e sostituirlo, se
risulta danneggiato.
bocchettoni (2) anche senza rimuovere
il coperchio alternatore (29) dal motore

Eseguire lo smontaggio dei
LOCK
componenti pompa acqua come
descritto alla Sezione N 3.3.

Disassembly of the
alternator cover
Undo the three stator retaining
screws (25) and the two cable guide
bracket (31) retaining screws (32)
from inside the alternator cover.
Remove the stator (33) and the cable
guide (31).
There is a bearing (27) installed inside
the generator cover, held in place by
circlip (28), which locates on the end
of the crankshaft.
Remove the circlip (28) with circlip
pliers.
Remove the bearing (27) using a
universal puller.
be careful when fitting the new
bearing (27) to ensure it is positioned
with the shielded side opposite the
cover.
Secure the bearing with the
circlip (28), ensuring that it is correctly
fitted in its seat in the generator
cover (29).
Undo the horizontal and vertical
cylinder coolant delivery unions (2).
When fitting new components apply
the recommended thread locker and
tighten to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
On the cover in correspondence with
the gearchange shaft, there is an oil
seal (4) that may be damaged when
removing the alternator cover.
Always check the condition of this oil
seal and renew it if damaged.
Important
The unions (2) may also be
removed without removing the
alternator cover (29) from the engine.
Remove the components of the water
pump as described in Section N 3.3.
