Guida valvola
Controllare la superficie interna dei
guidavalvola: non devono apparire
incrinature o deformazioni.
Procedere ad un accurato controllo
dimensionale del guidavalvola.
Per effettuare la misurazione del
diametro interno è necessario
disporre di un calibro per interni.
Rilevare il diametro in diverse
posizioni del guidavalvole.
Il gioco di accoppiamento al
montaggio deve essere:
valore maggiore riscontrato - valore
minore riscontrato = 0,03÷0,045 mm.
Il limite di usura massimo ammesso è
di 0,08 mm.
Eseguire la sostituzione dei
guidavalvola in presenza di
A
ovalizzazione eccessiva o gioco con
lo stelo valvola fuori tolleranza.
Sostituendo il guidavalvola è
necessario sostituire anche la valvola.
Sono disponibili a ricambio
guidavalvola con maggiorazione sul
diametro esterno di 0,03, 0,06 e
0,09 mm.
Per eseguire la sostituzione operare
come segue:
riscaldare lentamente ed
uniformemente la testa fino alla
temperatura di 150 °C;
rimuovere i guidavalvola originali
utilizzando il punzone
cod. 88713.0879; lasciare raffreddare
la testa e verificare le condizioni delle
sedi;
scegliere i guidavalvola più idonei
per ottenere una interferenza
di montaggio con la testa di
0,022÷0,051 mm; riscaldare
nuovamente la testa e raffreddare
con ghiaccio secco i guidavalvole
nuovi;
lubrificare le sedi sulla testa ed
installare i guidavalvola utilizzando gli
appositi attrezzi e facendo riferimento
alla quota (A) riportata in figura;
A= 24,4±0,15 mm.
Ripassare un alesatore per rendere
più uniforme la superficie di
accoppiamento.
Valve guides
Check the inner surface of the valve
guides for cracking or distortion.
Thoroughly check the dimensions of
the inner surface of the valve guide.
Measure the inside diameter with a
bore diameter gauge.
Measure the diameter at different
positions of the valve guide.
The assembly clearance must be:
highest measured value – lowest
measured value = 0.03-0.045 mm.
The maximum permissible wear limit
is 0.08 mm.
Change the valve guides when the
ovality exceeds permissible limit or
the clearance to the valve stem is
outside the tolerance range.
When you change the valve guide,
you must also change the valve.
Spare valve guides are available with
outside diameter oversized by 0.03,
0.06 and 0.09 mm.
Change the valve guides as follows:
heat up the cylinder head gradually
and evenly up to 150 °C.
remove the original valve guides
using the special punch 88713.0879;
allow the cylinder head to cool and
check the conditon of the seats;
select the most suitable valve guide
so as to obtain an assembly clearance
with the cylinder head of 0.022-
0.051 mm; heat the cylinder head up
again and chill the new valve guides
with dry ice;
lubricate the seats in the head and
install the valve guides using the
special tools and referring to
dimension (A) given in the figure;
A= 24.4±0.15 mm.
Hone the mating surface with a bore
reamer to ensure an even fit.
