Operating the InfoPrint 4100
v To sort, select the header of the column that contains the values for the
parameter you want to look at. The column will be sorted sequentially in
number fields or alphabetically in text fields.
v To move columns, select the column you want to move with the mouse.
Drag and drop it either to the left or the right. This allows you to make the
columns that you use most frequently more accessible.
Note: The only column that cannot be moved is the first column that
contains the name of the Snapshot.
v To resize columns, use the mouse to select the column you want to resize
and click and drag the borders until the column is the appropriate size.
v The current sorting sequence is saved for the next time you do a sort or
search operation.
v The names of the Snapshots in the Saved Snapshots list are listed according
to your sort.
a. Enter the value you are searching for in the Search text field.
b. Select Search and a case-insensitive search will be performed through all
the columns for the first occurrence of the value.
c. Continue selecting Search to find all occurrences.
