1. Press Auto Load Stop.
2. Clear the paper path.
3. Select OK.
4. Ensure that the forms are threaded
correctly.
5. Close the premeasure gate.
6. If this window reappears:
a. Shut down the system.
b. Power off the system.
c. Power on and retry the operation.
If this does not fix the problem, call for
service.
