Status
Displays the primary status of both printer engines (Receiving, Ready, or Not
Ready) and any related secondary status information, such as Warming Up. The
background color of the status area indicates the following:
v Gray - the printer is ready
v Red - an error condition
v Yellow - a warning condition
Current Settings
Displays the following settings:
v Name of the printing system
v User ID of the printer operator
v Number of pages printed
v Name of the Snapshot being used
v Printer resolution
v Print data protocols enabled (if any)
v Name of the host
Note: If no printer name was specified using the printer console, the Printer Name
field will display the internet name of the local host.
Form Settings
Displays the following settings for the form currently being printed:
v Size of the form (length and width)
v Name of the form
v Host Setup ID for the form
v Bar Code ID if the form prints with a bar code
v Type of paper (tractored or tractorless)
v Oversize paper
v Paper weight
Form settings are defined using the Form Settings panel on the printer console.
