2. Disengage the latch and slowly remove the toner collector bag canister.
3. If you had just replaced the toner collector bag when this message appeared it
may not have been installed correctly; Reinstall the toner collector bag canister
firmly.
4. If you have not replaced the toner collector bag, replace it now.
5. Close the right rear cover of the printer.
6. To resume processing, select Start on the printer operator panel or on the Main
touch panel.
