SEAT-AFT BENCH

Leg In Stored Position
Seat Backrest
Legs-Fully Extended
The aft bench seat is fully collapsible into the aft deck.

To set up the seat do the following:
Leg In Fully Extended Position
1. Lift up on the seat backrest with a brisk motion to free
the backrest ball from the deck socket retainer. See illus-
tration A.
2. Flip up the backrest to expose the seat framework and
legs.
3. Pull each leg up toward the seat outside until they seat
in the open position. Ensure they are fully extended. See
illlustration B.& C.
4. Pull the framework toward the bow and the seat bot-

tom will pivot into place. Recheck the legs for a full ex-

tension.
5. To break down the seat grasp the seat bottom in the
middle and lift it with one hand while pulling the seat
backrest up. This will allow the seat to pivot back into
the deck.
6. Push each leg inward until they lay flat.
7. Push the seat backrest to the aft with a brisk motion to
secure the ball into the socket which holds the seat in
place against the deck. See illustration D.
