SHOWER SUMP PUMP

The gray water system is made up of any sink, shower, or
in some cases equipment run-off water The system flows
through the shower sump pump, then to a manifold col-
lector located in the mid cabin area and finally overboard
via a thru-hull fitting. The different hoses routed to and
from the pump are indicated below.

Manifold Collector
The grey water manifold collector exits all used water ex-
iting from the shower sump pump which includes several
sources. The automatic float switch pumps grey water to
the manilold. It is located behind the mid cabin port bulk-
head.
Normally it would not require any special service unless
there was blockage somewhere in the system or a hose
leak developed at the manifold. All hoses exit the vessel
outside through the port aft thru-hull fitting.
