Clock Commands
sntp broadcast client enable
The sntp broadcast client enable Global Configuration mode command enables Simple
Network Time Protocol (SNTP) broadcast clients. To disable SNTP broadcast clients, use the no
form of this command.
Syntax
sntp broadcast client enable
no sntp broadcast client enable
Parameters
There are no parameters for this command.
Default Setting
The SNTP broadcast client is disabled.

Global Configuration mode
Command Usage
Use the sntp client enable (Interface) Interface Configuration mode command to enable the
SNTP client on a specific interface.
Example
The following command enables the SNTP broadcast clients.
Console(config)# sntp broadcast client enable
