IGMP Snooping Commands

ip igmp snooping mrouter-time-out

The ip igmp snooping mrouter-time-out Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode command
configures the mrouter-time-out. The ip igmp snooping mrouter-time-out Interface
Configuration (VLAN) mode command is used for setting the aging-out time after multicast
device ports are automatically learned. To return to the default configuration, use the no form of
this command.
Syntax
ip igmp snooping mrouter-time-out time-out
no ip igmp snooping mrouter-time-out
Parameters
time-out — Multicast device timeout in seconds. (Range: 1-2147483647)
Default Setting
The default value is 300 seconds.

Interface Configuration (VLAN) mode
Command Usage
There are no user guidelines for this command.
Example
In the following example, the multicast device timeout is configured to 200 seconds.
Console(config)# interface vlan 2
Console(config-if)# ip igmp snooping mrouter-time-out 200
