2.4.7 Programming a Leakage Current (LC) Test
In an LC test, high voltage is applied to the DUT and the resistance is measured between
the DUT insulation and ground. A high limit is required in an LC test. The high limit is
the maximum allowable value for the test to be considered a PASS. If the measured
value is higher than the high limit the test is considered a FAIL.
If not already in PROGRAM mode:
Press [MENU] to access the PROGRAM menu
Press the function key [PROGRAM]
