NOTE
When in LC Mode, the following must hold true: Offset Leakage + High Limit < Measurement Range
For example, when the High Limt is 0.50mA and the instrument is in the 5999 mA range, if Offset current
> 0.1mA, any attempt to perform an Offset will result in HIGH FAILURE.
2.7.2 GET Cs (OSC)
Refer to ¶ 2.4.2 for a full description of the Open/Short Circuit detection mode. In
MAIN MENU, press [TEST] to enter Test Menu. Run OFFSET first (open circuit) and
then connect the 'known good' DUT. Press the [GET Cs] function key to obtain the
open/short circuit capacitance value (Cs).
