Description
Carrier index. Enter a valid template name from
table CARRMTC. If this action does not occur,
enter DEFAULT for the default template name in
table CARRMTC.
Action. Enter Y (yes) if the carrier is removed
from service when a hit-state alarm exceeds the
OOS threshold. Enter Y when the OOS limit for
frame, slip, errored-second, or
severe-errored-second is exceeded. If this
event does not occur, enter N (no).
