Unipro Script Generation

Keysight N5990A MIPI M-PHY Receiver Test User Guide
To operate in UniPro Test mode, it is necessary to replace the default
scripts by UniPro scripts. These are generated in the UniPro Script
Generator dialog.
From the Configure DUT dialog, go to Default Sequence > Generate
UniPro Scripts. The UniPro Script Generator dialog is displayed.

Here, you can select from several properties:
Test Pattern
You can choose between two test patterns supported by the UniPro
Adapter Layer:
• CJTPAT
• CRPAT
Tx Response
In Receiver tests, you can configure the DUT to transmit the response in
high or low speed:
PWM Gear 1
The DUT transmits the signal in low speed PWM. You must select this
option for setups that include the DSGA instrument as Error Detector
(M8020A + DSGA or N4903B + DSGA setups).
